Truth be told - there are many software tools out there. But they are created for highly skilled people in the patent research or legal tech business. Where most of those tools use a similar approach, we focus on a completely different strategy - powered by our self-developed Adaptive AI technology for highly individual cognitive analyses. When I started to develop products in 2017, my first task was to analyze 386 patents. It was a complex task and took me more than 2 months. Today, a detailed patent analysis takes more than 4 weeks or costs above €10,000. Patent experts are expensive, patent software is complex in the usage of Boolean links or keywords, and generative AI still hallucinates and is not trustworthy. An accessible, yet trustworthy tool is missing.
